Dear friends and supporters,
Today, I want to share a deeply personal and moving story about a man named Daniel Levi, who has recently faced unimaginable hardships. At 46 years old, Daniel has found himself living in his car with his two beloved dogs, Ghost and Sonora. Once a proud owner of the UMS Martial Arts Training Center, Daniel's life took a series of devastating turns, leading him to the brink of despair. Yet, in the face of adversity, his spirit remains unbroken, and with our help, he can find his way back to stability.
Daniel's life has been turned upside down. His martial arts school, which was not just a business but a community where he mentored and trained students, had to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was a heavy blow, compounded by the loss of his truck due to a fire, the heart-wrenching death of his pet of 16 years, and a wrongful eviction that left him without a home.
As the founder of Uncle Sonny's, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the homeless reunite with their lost friends and family, I was deeply moved by Daniel's story. Today, I had the privilege of meeting Daniel at the Toms River TD Bank and presented him with a check for $1,000 to help him on his journey to stability and a fresh start. But our efforts cannot stop there. Together, we can make a profound difference in Daniel's life.
Please consider donating to support Daniel and his dogs, Ghost and Sonora, in this time of need. Your kindness and compassion will provide them with the opportunity to relocate and rebuild their lives and ensure a brighter future ahead. And that is why, for the next 30 days, Uncle Sonny’s will be directing 100% of all donations to Daniel to support his cause.
Thank you for your generosity and support. Together, we can help Daniel and his dogs find the stability and security they deserve.
Let's come together as a community to show our love and care for Daniel, Ghost, and Sonora. Your support means the world to them.
Warm regards,
Isabella Rose Valentino
